This is a very interesting cookbook. It is well written and beautifully illustrated. Tried the Orange Chicken and it was delicious.

Amazing Cookbook!
I really love this cookbook! Beside that it is really nicely made for "Poldark" lovers -I have tried out already quite some of the recipes and all were delicious.I cannot judge how original the recipes are but I really like them and I found even a good way to adapt some in a vegetarian way.In a nutshell: A cookbook I love to use and can recommend!

Lots of nostalgia for old Cornish dishes. The photos didn't live up to expectations. Makes a souvenir for visitors.

Great recipes. Fun idea.
We’ve enjoyed it so far. As other reviews indicted there are a lot of cream recipes. I’m planning to make the cream cake for my wife’s birthday. She’s the bigger Poldark fan. It’s fun to make the recipes after watching the series. There are good and tasty recipes, however, that do not include cream. I thoroughly enjoyed the mini meat pies, and they did not have cream. My father-in-law thought they looked different from what he remembered growing up. Even he enjoyed the taste. I thought the sauce on the inside of the meat pie was great. Better than his. 😉
