ClubmanPinaud Styling Gel Hair Groom for Men, Conditioning, Non-Greasy, 3.75 Fl Oz (Pack of 6)

I have been using this product for years and am quite satisfied with it. However I reordered for what was clearly described as 6 units and received one. My only option is to return. Rather than go through with that, I'll keep it, but I am going to be rethinking my relationship with Amazon and Prime.

I used to use a product by Clubman called Mold-It sculpting cream. This goes way back, the old blue one that came in the tub. That product was the best thing I ever used! It smelled fantastic, provided a medium-strong hold without ever getting stiff and it never made your hair look or feel greasy. It also didn't flake, it was really too good to be true. Unfortunately they discontinued it (all good things eventually come to an end) so the search was on for a replacement. I tried the new product in the tube that they marketed under the same name, but it was most certainly not the same composition. It was really a disappointment and I ended up throwing it out.Then I stumbled upon this product and decided to give it a shot. This is probably the closest thing I have found to the old Clubman and although it isn't perfect, I just suck it up and use it. This gel does have that great Clubman aroma to it, but it is not too powerful and like others have mentioned, you can hardly smell it once dry. I find this to be a bit too sticky for my liking, but it does provide a good hold. The one thing I do notice about this that I haven't seen anyone else complain about, is that towards the end of the day (particularly when dry out) I have found that this product begins to flake. It flakes off in tiny pieces that you can't notice unless you look closely, but when you do it makes it seem as if I have severe dandruff. Other than that, it's great, and I am losing all of my hair (most likely not from this product) anyhow so pretty soon I won't have to worry about it!

Great stuff. Holds great and smells good too. Excellent value compared to other similar products.

Great value. Why spend 25.00 for a similar name brand product when this is just as good. And it smell great.

i have seriously thick hair and have trouble finding a gek that will tame tge beast and bit give me a plastic looking head. More xpensive stuff either seens to flake or burn my eyes at tge ebd of rge day whuke sweating in the gym. This keeps my mane manageable and with a nuce clean scent and fair codt for daily use. skip the product from rge salon. use what okd school barbers use.

My son loves this product. The only gel he will use in his hair. It smells like the stuff barbers used to put on in old barbershops. Fresh hair cut smell. After hair dries it does not Flake up and doesn’t look matted together.

The product is excellent for hair styling.I prefer the tube size rather than the large Jar sizes.
