Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear (Medium - Case of 72) by Parentgiving

The DryDirect Incontinence Brief is an excellent product. I have tried many undergarments on the market. These fit me more like regular underwear. They hug my legs and do not fit you like high rise underwear.They give me the protection I need. They hold alot of water without getting everything wet.Ione I have purchased Depends and many other products. These are diffently dependable. I feel safe to go out with DryDirect underwear.I will buy them again.

This item is very well and I found that it didn't leak and was easy to put on & take off.

Used for urine retention after prostectomy! Don't know front from back? Any help?

I don't necessarily like wearing Incontinence briefs. But if you have to wear them, these are some of the better ones to wear. It holds a lot more fluid/Urine. So if I have to go out to a doctors appointment or somewhere, I will wear this one instead of the cheaper ones that I wear normally when I'm home alone. And they r are a lot softer too

Does not fit properly, but there is no leaking.

Bought these for my mom to try, she said they are very comfortable, keep her dry and she likes them the best out of what she’s tried. She said they only time she has any issues with staying dry is when she is sleeping on her side, then she has leaks. The problem of the leaks while sleeping on her side is an issue she’s had with all the ones we’ve tried so far.

Great absorption and comfort. Had to wear 2 overnights of another brand but they didn’t stand up to a nights use. A few dollars more and Dry Direct got me through 7 hours. Soft and easy on my skin. Just try them and you will understand my recommendation.

I have used this product (Ultimate Premium Underwear by DryDirect) for incontinence for over a year, and until my most recent purchase would give it 5+ stars - the best I have ever used in all areas: comfort, lack of leakage, fit, quiet and ease of disposal. I loved the Z tapes on the back so that I could secure the product after use. Unfortunately, the company has changed the “fabric” which now feels like tissue paper. The size I wear no longer fits me; it is larger and has gaps around the legs leading to leakages, and more frequent changes. I have even had a number of embarrassing daytime accidents which I NEVER had with this underwear before the redesign! Also they are no longer putting the Z tapes on the back, so there is no way to easily bundle the product before disposal. I am very disappointed in the recent changes made to the Ultimate Premium - which has always been the highest grade, most protective and most expensive product in the DryDirect line. I was willing to pay for the best so I hope future changes to this product will bring it back to that standard.
