the coffee has cream and taste like fresh for sure, I would add a couple extra settings for aroma but I like it strong, thankfully the option to make it stronger is there in a different way, just cutting off the time and amount of water pouring for one single shot, I know is just me but I'd just rather have more grounded coffee per shot instead. On the milk part I think if I buy again I'd go for the deluxe model since I like the idea of using any container for the milk instead of having to wash the same one over and over. t is certainly a five start rating but as always there is room for improvement

Bought a gaggia Berra 14 years ago.. when it eventually failed after much use we wanted a machine which could make milk based coffees automatically. We purchased a Delongi which failed after 6 weeks, was sent for repair, failed again after 2 weeks.. customer service was rubbish.. didn't get back to us for weeks etc. So we decided to pay the extra £130 for a gaggia with the same functions and have not been disappointed.. makes superb espresso, cappacino, etc. Easy to clean.. can't rate it enough and believe me it gets some real use in our household..
