This is a great back support cushion. I use it on my office chair and I like the adjustability of the air cushion. Black perforated leather looks sharp, too.

It has helped a little while i'm seated working, but the air spreads all over the cushion and not on a specific area.

- Made in China while the JazzRX company is Canadian- There's a desiccant packet in where the air bladder is, remove before it falls out and a pet finds it- Magnet closure on corner flap where air valve is- Laundry symbols for hand wash, do not bleach, tumble, or iron, but text saying wipe with damp cloth & mild soap only- Has a very sturdy 1.5" elastic band w/velcro the full length, for securing to seat, but see details- Entire back and the corner protecting the air valve are a pleather material. The cover actually looks goodThe air valve has a screw cap but you just loosen it to fill. Tighten back down to hold air. You can adjust the air pretty easily that way, and never lose the cap.While you can put either side up against your back, the blue side is a slightly cushy mesh that helps a lot with air flow.Listing info mentions it's reversible but note that the velcro strap can only be fastened on one side.My husband is using this in his desk chair. He's always had back problems after being hit by a car while on his bike, back when he was a teenager. The adjustability of this has been key in having this relieve his back pain.It might take some fiddling to find the perfect size, but he says it's worth it. It seemed very comfortable at first but after a day or so it began to irritate existing back problems.

I have an employee, a graphic designer, who has a lot of back pain. Unfortunately, his job requires sitting at a computer for extensive periods. With this cushion on his chair, he has been able to sit without pain. It did take a few adjustments, adding more air to the cushion, and fine tuning after he had used it for several days, but the process is simple and quick. He gave a big verbal thumbs up to me when I asked him to help me in writing a review. I'm assuming that it would be useful to someone in his situation in a car as well. He joins me in suggesting that you try this cushion if back pain is causing your work hours or driving hours to be a problem.

Photo shows deflates for size. This gives very nice back support. I am taking a cross country road trip, so I wanted something that would help support my back during the long, 10 hour drive days. This feels great. I have a Camry and my back didnt like the reclined position for extended periods of time. This gives support and helps me sit up straighter. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who has that issue with their sedan. Quality is good - feels heavy duty like it will last a long time. Very happy with it.

So uncomfortable!

I was surprised that you had to blow up the back pillow with your mouth. But that does keep the drivers seat uncluttered with a hand pump. I had to re adjust the seat and mirrors, as it changed my seating position. I used it on a short drive and found it to be very comfortable, after using the air valve to adjust the pillow. I like it and my back loves it.

I have one for my office chair and one for my car. I love them! They mold to my back and give it support.

It’s fits my chair perfectly and you can blow it up to your specifications. It’s reversible. Leather or cloth. The Velcro strap is adjustable to fit any size chair.

My computer chair does not have the most supportive back rest so I usually end up using a small throw pillow or something behind my back to help. This air cushion surprised me – I didn’t expect it to make such a big difference! I thought for sure a memory foam cushion would be better but what makes this superior is that you can inflate it or deflate it according to your needs. A regular couch cushion or memory foam cushion cannot be adjusted to suit you, you conform to it, not the other way around!With this, you inflate it with air and then install it on the back rest of your chair. Sit yourself down and then slowly deflate the cushion, settle in and see how it feels, then deflate some more and repeat the process until you settle at the right amount of inflation to promote proper posture. I like that the air valve is easy to reach in the seated position so you can reach down on the right side of the cushion and open the valve to let some air out and then quickly seal it shut when the cushion feels more comfy to you.It seems really well made with a black ventilated faux leather side and a blue fabric mesh side to prevent over-heating and help with ventilation.The cushion does not shift out of place or deflate. The Velcro strap is thick and it keeps the cushion positioned securely. I think it’s worth the money, whether it’s for your car seat or computer/desk chair.

Worst “orthopedic??” cushion we have ever tried. Basically an air bag pillow where the air moves around from side to side and up and down with your movements and has no ballast to provide stability. Have to blow in air like a balloon. Does have a valve to seal or release air. Does not provide right type of support: if you blow into much air, pillow is too hard; not enough air and it becomes bouncy with no support. Can’t imagine how this can be air-cell technology…reminds of those 1950’s air mattress which were almost impossible to sleep on, too hard or you rolled off them. Only good thing is that this cushion does not leak air like those old air mattresses did. Did not get any immediate pain relief when trying out this pillow, just a laugh at the claims and the ridiculous pricing.

I have been using this in our car with acceptable results. It’s very easy to use, and the adjustability offers more flexibility than many other lumbar supports. It’s not difficult to inflate, and it’s easy to adjust. It was simple to set up in our ford escape, and has done a fairly effective job at reducing lower back pain. Because it’s full of air it does not retain heat like many other types of lumbar supports. This is a good lumbar support that is exactly as described.
