I wanted a fun makeup kit that was small enough to toss in my bag for travel and this product fits the bill. I like the collection of eye shadows, lip glosses, blushes and contours. The colors are mostly good for my skin tone (very fair), but the blush colors aren't exactly natural-looking on me. Because of its small size, the eye and lip colors are very small. The eye shadows and blush go on very solid and the lip colors are very sheer. The lip colors and blush/contour sections open and close together by pulling out the bottom drawer. There is a brush for blush, one double-ended sponge tipped wand for eye shadows, and one lip liner brush; the lip liner brush in my kit is all askew from the little packaging tube that was on it so I have not used it.

I recently purchased a Shany Cosmetics product to gift to a friend, but the experience was marred by a damaged eyeshadow palette upon arrival. The shattered palette made it unsuitable for gifting. I promptly contacted customer support, providing my order number and detailed photos of the damage. Although their response was prompt, the offered solution was unsatisfactory; I was directed to a cumbersome return process rather than being offered a replacement or refund. This lack of a more immediate and customer-friendly resolution was disappointing. The damaged product also raised concerns about the company's packaging and quality control. Overall, the experience left me dissatisfied. I hope this feedback prompts Shany Cosmetics to enhance their shipping and customer service processes to prevent such issues in the future.
