Q: What size are the threads on the fittings that bolt through the lid? I want to put a tee on it divert air so I don't come back in straight down.

There are no threads in the plastic. The connection is thru the plastic with a threaded end that looks like 1/4 20. I haven't seen a tee connection for that. ( there could be one ). I just open the valve very slowly so it want disturb whats in the chamber.

Q: What are the internal dimensions of the chamber?

Sorry it took so long. This was purchased for my company. The inside diameter is 26.3 cm (a little over 10 inches) and the bowl inside height is 13 cm (5 inches). The lid sits pretty flush with the top of the bowl, at most 1/8th of an inch higher due to the gasket. Also to note is the gauge on top along with the valve extend into the chamber about 2 cm (3/4 inches). The chamber holds a vacuum for days. I haven't tried to see how long it holds, but we have left it over the weekend and not had vacuum loss.
