I purchased this product because the Mr. Coffee Iced Tea maker that I have had for years and was trying to replace is no longer available. I looked at multiple options, and decided to give this iced tea maker a try. I have been highly satisfied with my purchase! It was reasonably priced, and is very easy to use and clean. The components are lightweight, yet sturdy. I also really like the basket with the little handle for lifting out the tea bags. The design is definitely much better than my old iced tea maker. If I had one complaint, it's that it doesn't make quite as much tea as my old model. But it's so easy to use, I actually don't mind making batches of tea more often. It stays fresher that way anyway!

This is very easy to use. Simple instructions and simple function. Makes a great pitcher of iced tea. I liked it so much I sent this product to others I know who are iced tea fans.

My old tea maker have up and I wanted a new one that would match my kitchen. This one was a little more than I wanted to pay but it also makes coffee so I figured I would try it. I love it. It is easy to use and tall enough that I can use my ice coffee jug in it also. We are all very happy with it.

Bought this for my husband for Father’s Day as he LOVES sweet tea. We’ve used it almost every day since and were loving it. Then I went to make tea today and it won’t turn on. I have reached out to customer service, so hopefully they’ll be able to rectify the situation. If so, I’ll change my rating on the value.
