LeachcoNatural Boost - Adjustable Nursing Pillow - Denim, 1 Count (Pack of 1)

I tried several nursing pillows (Boppy, JJ Cole Paisley Nursing Pillow, Bebe Au Lait Nursing Pillow, Comfort & Harmony Mombo Deluxe Covered Nursing Pillow) and this was my favorite by far. The Boppy is too soft and floppy, the JJ Cole is too firm, the Bebe Au Lait was too rotund, and the sides of the Mombo sort of folded up in an annoying way. And they all are flat so they don't conform to the shape of your lap, resulting in the sides drooping over your thighs. This pillow is brilliant with the additional detachable pillow. I flip it over so the smaller pillow is on the bottom and fills the gap between the chair and the large part of the pillow, essentially making the large part of the pillow flat so my baby isn't rolling off it like the others.I don't mind that it doesn't have a cover, as I just put a receiving blanket between my baby's cheek and my breast to catch any milk or spit-up. And if it does get soiled, I've tossed it in the washer and dryer and it's fine.Also, to address those reviews that say there are little fibers that come off - they didn't bother me at all. I think it actually helped to wash it because they aren't coming off anymore.Love this pillow and won't use any others.

I've only tested a few nursing pillows (Boppy and My Best Friend). I love that this pillow has the additional elevating removable pillow which I wish I had from the beginning as I found all the other pillows didn't quite get baby up level to my breast. Now I don't have to hunch over and I could have feet flat or up without issues. Also the pillow doesn't slide off like the Bobby and since it is not rounded the baby doesn't cave inward either. Footnotes, I actually place the removable pillow on the bottom instead of the top so that the incline is smooth and not broken up. Also, the pillow is supposedly not meant to be washed in while which for me is a big downside. I haven't taken the risk in washing it so I just place a fresh swaddle blanket over it when in use. That's the one flaw that it isn't washable and that there aren't any covers for it.

This support pillow has changed everything about breastfeeding for me in such a positive way. I originally received the much raved about Boppy pillow. It was so disappointing because it offered zero support. It essentially was too thin. It did nothing. I was still hunched over with bad posture as I was without it. I returned the Boppy and went a few months without, which led to me being hunched over with bad posture while nursing my babe. I never could get into a comfortable position with him.I decided to try another search for a different support pillow, and I'm so relieved I found the Leachco. It is thick and has a lot of structure to it. This pillow feels so natural because it hugs all of mama's and baby's anatomy. I finally feel I can relax and snuggle with babe during nursing.I was also pleased to see on the product packaging that the Leachco is made in the USA. I don't even remember the last time I saw that anywhere. And the quality shows too. All of the sewing and cloth are very good quality.

Great concept, flawed execution. The "booster" pillow adds a great angle and lifts baby's head to your breast so you're not hunching over -- but what's the point if the pillow itself is unevenly stuffed? One side was about 2 inches higher than the other. So if I flip the booster pillow to the lower side, it simply evens out the height of the other side. I also had to constantly readjust the booster to compensate. in addition, the side "arms" of the pillow do not reach out far enough, so it doesn't stay secure around your waist like a Boppy. Another drawback is that there's no removable pillow case/cover. The only thing i liked about the pillow is the softness and height.PROS:--Made in USA--Higher in height than My Brest Friend, esp. if you have a long torso--Booster Pillow elevates baby's head to reach breast and can be repositioned around pillow for the right spot--soft cushiony stuffing; if you prefer your pillow on the softer sideCONS:--unevenly stuffed--does not come with a removable slipcover (must wash the whole pillow or spot clean)--side arms/flanges of pillow do not stay secure around waist like a Boppy; therefore pillow can slip/slide/readjust

Strengths:Better than the boppy because it is more square shaped and stays in place better and does not bend under the weight of my 10 week old as the boppy has begun to do. It is also thicker which gets baby closer to the breast and allows for more comfortable posture even without the booster, which is why I purchased this product, to try the booster and so far I am very happy with it. The booster gets baby right where he needs to be and is useful for attaching to a boppy if needed. I keep my boppy in my bed and my leachco pillow in my rocker and just bring the booster with me from place to place but I still prefer the leachco pillow.Major Weakness:This pillow would get 5 stars if it had a removable machine washable cover

I had originally bought a Boppy and found it to be very uncomfortable and difficult to use. I decided to buy this product and it is absolutely perfect for me. It fits around my body and my baby can lay straight across the whole thing. It makes breastfeeding so much easier. I don't use the smaller pillow much anymore, but it is great if you want to sit your baby up straighter. I didn't find it to be as soft as other people claim it to be. I am able to lay her on it in front of me and feed her easily without making my arms tired, though I can see how it would be more difficult for a smaller breasted woman. My only complaint is that you can't pull the cover off to wash it, you have to wash the whole pillow as the outer part doesn't come off. I've only been using this pillow for 2 weeks but I don't know what I'd do without it!

Es un buen producto y mi bebé está cómodo mientras come. El único pero que le pongo es a la hora de lavar. No es una funda así que lo tengo que limpiar casi con pura espuma..

It's a look good cool item but kinda useless. Normal bfing pillow works better. The pillow doesn't hugs your sides much and the ad on pillow is more of a pain

1.8キロの疾患で道を歩かせて散歩できないワンコのドライブの用に購入しました。助手席の窓から顔を出し景色を眺めるのが大好きでよく連れて行くのですがクッションなど使用しないで私が抱き上げるようにして窓から顔を出させるようにしていましたが、時々、愛犬が胸骨を私の腕で圧迫されるからか吐きそうになっていたので何か良い物はないかとクッション等、色々と購入しましたが今イチでした。こちらの商品が届き、早速、私の膝上に置きマジックテープで取り付ける頭置き部分に左腕を入れて、この商品の授乳の画像のようにしてあげると愛犬が、丁度窓から顔を出せるようになり、くつろいで外を眺めていました。また窓を閉めても私のお腹にクッションの窪みのところを入れるのですが少し前気味にして私のお腹とクッションの窪みの間に愛犬を入れてあげるとクッションの高さが顎置きになり前面ガラスから景色を眺めて楽しんでいました。またマジックテープで取り付ける頭置きは取り外して車から降りて抱いて散歩させる時に落ちないように腕に通して愛犬の胸から腹部に当てるとクッションの側面に顎を置ける高さ（１．８キロの場合）になり腹部もフカフカで顎も置けて快適そうに抱かれて景色を楽しんでいました。こちらの商品は一般のクッションより柔らかめで反発力もある中綿でフカフカしています。あれこれとマシュマロビーズクッションや小さなクッションや布団付きのクーハンを買い試しましたが、これが1番役立ちました。
