5 star product, but gel pads should be improved
The size is important so you want to make sure it has a snug fit. The gel pads are on either side of your tendon and they do put effective pressure on these tendons. However, this is my second pair of the sleeves (I wear them on both arms due to tennis elbow) and the gel pads on the first two pairs eventually fell off. The product could do a better job of securing them. Even without the gel pads, these are very good at preventing further damage to my tennis elbows when I play golf or tennis.

The pads are the best part.
It's a decent product. I have the knee sleeve as well and it has been essential on my runs. The elbow sleeve is decent like I stated before. It's a little tight. I must have measured wrong. Hopefully it stretches a bit otherwise I'll have to buy a bigger size. One improvement I'd like to suggest it to make the pads on the inside adjustable. I think a little Velcro with the loop end facing towards the skin would allow for pressure to be placed where the individual needs it. I'm going bro remove mine and sew them back on where I need it.

Ok
I bought this for my husband's elbow bursitis. Going by the chart, I purchased his size and it was uncomfortably tight on him. He wore it for a couple of hours and it did provide compression but the gel pad proved to be is adequate (almost no pad at all). He stopped wearing it because it was so uncomfortable.

Pads make the difference...
I've had very tender tennis elbow for 6 months at least and was almost afraid to use this to the point I didn'teven try it for several weeks after I bought it but it works as advertised. Applying the pressure right on thetendon has relieved the pain. No need to leave it on all the time either...

Not what I needed but seemed to be made well
Size was too small. Also assumed the pads were located for padding the elbow but it’s 2 pads for supporting sides of elbow. This should be more detailed in the description. The feel and quality seemed acceptable just not what I needed.

Fits snug
First time I used it it was very tight (large)It time it has become more comfortable. I still need to wear a wrap to help ease the pain from tennis elbow

This has been great. It relieves my elbow/forearm pain after wearing it ...
This has been great. It relieves my elbow/forearm pain after wearing it for just minutes. I wear it while I sleep often, as well as at my desk job. I can wear on both arms, and the pads that rest on the tendons arent too much, but really help!! I may have to order another one, as I cannot find mine!

Affordable and effective
I’m an active lifter, and I wear these on my heavy chest and triceps days. They remain in place, remain snug throughout activity, and provide support and reduce elbow pain and forearm weakness related to elbow tendinitis. I machine wash and dry them without concern. They’re compact and store easily. These are the best elbow supports I’ve used.
