This product was such a disappointment. First of all, I had a very difficult time removing the bit that came in the drill. Following their included instructions. I had to use a set of needle nose wire pliers. Once I finally got the bit that came in it out, NONE of the other bits would fit the drill. I couldn’t even get the one that came inside it, back in the drill. This is such a disappointment. I am returning!! Don’t waste your money on this drill.

I received an empty shell. There was nothing inside the casing. The minute I began to unbox and lifted the main housing I knew something was wrong because it was too light. Plus it feels too plasticky. DO NOT BUY AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF THE RETURN PROCESS.

I ordered this and have used it about 4-5 times. The return window closed and this thing just quit. It was not used heavy or incorrectly. It overheated and now doesn't work at all.

Great product, works fantastic bought for my girlfriend and she loves it, but the plastic on it makes it look and feel cheap I would use a stronger or a plastic that makes it fancy looking but my opinion but works as described nothing wrong with it, very strong unit

3/3/19Recieved this everything looked intact I love the size it was smaller and light weight then what I thought the color is exact. I'll be back for a second feedback when I do put it to use at least a couple times.3/20/19 so far no complaints. -update 2/4/20 the drill has stopped on me. I've only done 10 sets on myself since I bought the drill. Sad!
