Romanza

This was a National Federated Music Clubs of America selection for their Junior Music Festival. One of my students worked on it, learned a lot about rhythms, and playing legato - and then somehow, got a Superior rating for his performance - and then changed out his interpretation a month later for a super charged performance in recital! This piece has it all for a student who is willing to work on it.

This piece is absolutely beautiful. The romantic style is one of my favorites to play, and this one is especially magical. I wish I had the words to describe how lovely and utterly romantic it is. I can't wait to play more of Angela Marshall's incredible work; she's truly talented at composing gorgeous and emotional music.

This is a beautiful piece!! It was chosen by a 13 year old student for an upcoming festival. He is having a wonderful time working on this piece!!
