The media could not be loaded. I fell in love with the Woodstock chime collection at a storefront, where I could listen to how they all sounded, individually and together. Each has its own tone and vibe and none are tinny and annoying... I realize "annoying" is subjective so unless you hate the sound of wind chimes in general, these are as close to perfection as can be.The Pluto chimes were within reach, budget wise, so they were the first to be ordered (and since Pluto is my favorite non-planet-planet, I am very happy with that decision). The black chimes are perfect against our black cabin and the Pluto chimes are the right size to hang anywhere you wish. The sound is subtle, gentle, peaceful and it doesn't take much breeze to make it happen. I bought these chimes months ago and they have held up beautifully in all of the elements. The Neptune chimes are my coveted chimes from this collection and that one is on my Christmas wish list as #1 want. Little by little... one by one.... I will collect each and every one of the chimes from the Woodstock planet collection.

Beautiful wind chimes at a good price

This is a chime that is so beautiful and welcome to the ears that you almost want to set up an oscillating fan below it to make it chime more .The sound example provided by Amazon is accurate. It's not that tinkly, high-pitched, sometimes annoying chime you hear from so many other brands. This one is gentle, warm, soothing, and sweet.And it is very well constructed. But please be aware that the stated measurement is from the top of the little copper square that holds the chime all the way down to the end of the wooden square that dangles below it. The chimes themselves are only 13" at the longest one. Definitely important if you're looking for something larger.I did a ton of research (anal that way) before making my choice. I even went to the Woodstock website so I could listen to their different styles - which I highly recommend doing if you're serious about what you'll be hearing all day & night in your home or outdoors. And I must say I got quite an education.Nevertheless, it's always a subjective decision. If you're looking to spend a little more money for something you'll be proud of & pleased to enjoy with your family, friends .... and neighbors, then I really think this, or any other Woodstock product, would be a great choice. They really seem to know and care about what they're doing.As a matter of fact, the same day I received this chime, I went ahead and bought the Earth Wind 37" chime to join it. Can't wait to hear their duets.

These hang outside my kitchen window.They are pretty to look at.They feel very well constructed.And the sounds it makes are gentle and relaxing. This wind chime does NOT produce loud or clanging metal sounds at all.I'm very pleased with this product and would buy another from this company.Hope this helps!

As usual, best sounding and looking wind chimes you can buy. They Last for years.

I bought these as a gift for my sister. After hearing them while visiting at her home, had to get them for myself. The chimes are well tuned,good quality and I enjoy hearing their sound. They come in various sizes so get one for the porch and another to hang away from the house so you can hear them in the distance. Very relaxing.

Enjoy the musical affects in my friends back yard.
