Q: Mine didn't have a safety seal under the cap. Is that normal? Paranoid because it's for my baby.

No safety seal on mine as well. However, the box was sealed tightly. You could put on your own skin to see if there's a problem. If you're very concerned, I would buy another box at the local pharmacy. Otherwise, I think you are fine.
