Sharp Truffle Shaver!
This particular truffle shaver seems well made, it has a sharp adjustable blade. The shaver seems like it's a very solid build. Shaving truffles, parmigiano cheese, garlic and other things this mandoline like device works well to creates thin shaved slices. The only issue with the device is the knob that changes the height of the blade is quite difficult to adjust and it seems to make the cuts at a slight angle.Overall the devise is well made, but is hard to adjust and slices come out slightly thicker on one side.

Sharp and adjustable
This truffle slicer blows my old one away. It has a sharp, straight blade and is adjustable from .2mm to 3mm depending on what you're slicing. It's very high quality stainless steel and made in Italy. If you splurge on fresh truffles, do yourself a favor and pick this up. It's way better than trying to use a mandolin style slicer. This is what they use in high end restaurants.
