Quiet small but nice

I ordered this because I had 2 shelves occupied with lots of spice jars. I don’t have enough room in my kitchen for a stand-alone spice rack so this seemed the ideal solution.Unfortunately I made a slight error of judgment (& I’m a retired Design Engineer! 🙄) after seeing the dimensions on the Amazon product photos at 7.5” tall I thought I could get two tiers of spice jars in a 9.5” gap! 🙄. Oops. My fault so couldn’t justify returning really.I saw another review from someone with the same issue and they just had just used the single bottom tier. That seemed wasteful so I made some shorter test pillars from wood dowel and it seemed ok.So armed with a hacksaw, I shortened the very good quality shiny chrome plated pillars down to 120mm and hey, success.Don’t like butchering a brand new product but this worked a treat.Happy customer.

Have bought a lot from this company previously, but this time one of the sets of legs for the turntables I'd ordered was missing. Contacted the company who weren't very interested at all, and to be honest, didn't seem to believe me anyhow. Kept being asked to send photos of the problem, which I did, though seems a bit strange when you're just sending photos of parts you've received and some are missing which you've clearly explained to them.Was told to return to Amazon for a refund. As we were shielding at the time, this was easier said than done, and the item was now out of stock so I couldn't have got another anyway. I asked them to see if they could send me the missing parts, as honestly, all I wanted was the items in working order. Was told they didn't have it. Eventually I was offered a 10% refund, which I declined out of principal given I was being treated like someone who was trying to deceive them, and quite frankly is a poor show anyway when one of two is not functional. It ended up being a very expensive buy.Really disappointing customer service from a brand I had really liked. Won't be purchasing anything more from them.

I have a small kitchen with limited cupboards so I am looking at ways of making the storage space I have work more efficiently. This was easy to put together and seems sturdy enough and certainly moves round smoothly. I have put one on top of my fridge (but would equally work on a shelf. It holds 6 cans + 1 in the middle and I can turn it to find the can I want. The top tier holds the same number of short cans. I think using taller, heavier cans below and small cans above is better for distributing weight and keeping i5 stable. I have used the second for small spice jars, bottles and this works because it is stored low and I can look down at them and see where everything is, with the cans I am looking up and have to turn the rack to find the tin I want,

Was going to re order but completely put off as the price is no longer competitive and has been hiked up to over £15 when I paid just £7.56 a month ago. It's a good product but really not worth that much, considering it's just made of plastic

I love this, it saves rummaging to the back of the cupboard, everything looks much tidier and easier to reach! I encouraged my friend to buy one too and he loves it also!
