Will it cut card stock good?

cuts card stock like I hoped it would. Good dollar value.

Does this score cardstock for creasing/folding to make cards ?

The purchase of this item only comes with a trimming blade. However, I do believe that you can purchase a separate scoring blade to switch out with the blade that comes with this trimmer. I do suggest the Martha Stewart Scoring Board. I often craft and everyone of my crafting buddies seem to love the scoring board more than they do the "scoring blade" on any trimmer.

Would this be easy for cutting 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper in half?

Most definitely! I used it to help me print 2 5x7s on a page and cut the whole page in half. Just use the ruler.

Need replacement blades...which replacement pack available at amazon is correct??

I would imagine they do.
