Nice tarp yes it does have a strong smell to it but its like new car or new leather smell just a little stronger ..also we had been having coyote problems and once I put this tarp up on a chicken cage the coyote stayed away do to the strong smell of the tarp .good strong tarp for outdoor use . edit 8/1/19 I have since ordered 3 more of these tarps a white one and 2 green if the strong smell brothers you try the white tarps this company has no were near the smell the colored tarps have ..that being said still five star tarps smell dosent bother me and I have ordered at least 7 of these over last 18 months and they hold up very well .

'Some' shrinkage means 2"+ on each side of the tarp, way more than I was anticipating. I wasn't expected this much and had to return. Product is very smelly due to the chemicals used to waterproof it, even after airing out. I was super disappointed when I had to pay return shipping for something that wasn't properly advertised.

Very heavy and durable material. Great tarp. I would buy it again.

Good Quality Tarp which I ordered the 4' x 4' Olive Drab Canvas one. But buyer beware, when it arrived it was 4 ' x 3.85 ' so I could not use it since I needed a exact 4' x 4' fit which was advertised. For the price I paid and got free shipping, it was not worth the cost to return it to the vendor but I did find another use for it since it is Heavy Duty Canvas. That said, if you need an exact size, I suggest you contact the vendor first to confirm measurements based on advertised size.

Fits my application perfectly. Time will tell how well it holds up to the weather. Much better than the poly tarps from the hardware store.

I used this to recover a platform Deer blind whose roof had rotted out. I worked perfectly. Just what I needed.
