I didn't get spring with this item.

There should be double stitch around the cushion. There are gaps and some of the stitches came off. I had to personally get it double stitched. Quality check was not done properly before dispatching.

Product is useful, easy to install and portable but the quality of stitches and some mechanical parts should be improved.

Quality is very good

My baby did not enjoy even a couple of minutes in this. I have tried like 10 - 15 times in a span of few days and again later over weeks. Baby's arms and legs don't get enough space to move and they don't like the crammed feeling. Product is out of return window so can't even return it. It might work for some babies if introduced very early after birth but it did not in my case.

Excellent for infants.. very attractive and comfort.. only one suggestion is the cushion at the middle is very deep compared to the outer cushion.. the head is very much elevated and uncomfortable. The height difference to be reduced... otherwise it is worth buying..
