The items were good.The quality could definitely be improved though. One of the metal items has sharp metal bumps on its grip from the manufacturing process. These should have been shaven down to make the grips smooth.So initially using the products could potentially have caused cuts to the hands if the sharp bumps weren’t noticed. I managed to smooth them out a little and I use gloves while using the product.

The product was as described.I purchased the black and red synthetic rope. Has a good a solid metal attachment and snap hook.Large rubber ends so your hands don't slip off.The only thing that could be better is a thicker snap hook.I'm an avid gym goer, I would recommend this product.
