I own these molds. I use them to portion veggie mash, applesauce, yogurt, kefir, etc for my raw fed dog. Each cavity holds one Tablespoon (1/2 an ounce). People saying they hold more than this haven't measured/ weighed anything they've put into them.

They’re too flimsy to push something that stiff into. These are better for things you can pour into the mold. You wouldn’t see the paw prints with Rice Krispies even if you managed to get them in there without stretching it too much.

They are pretty big. My dog is large breed and they are perfect size
