I needed an environmentally stable document bag for a columbarium.It's difficult to find document pouches that are environmentally stable - most are pleather or equivalent.This silicone based pouch will not rot.CON: The zipper / closure is not particularly waterproof - so you may need to shield it. I like everything about the item. The price, the look, the feel, the size. I can't think of anything bad to say. It came fast after I ordered it. We were out of town so I gave the address where we were staying and a couple of days later there it was. I hope I never have to test the fire durability of it and contents. I bought one for my wife to put her valuables in also.

This is s good size. It holds all the papers I need and a few other things as well. Who knows how it does in a fire. Hopefully, will never find out!

Even perfect as a daily portable file folder :) And it is fire-proof. But remember it is fire-proof not heat-proof. The pouch can endure fire pr flame but stuff inside can be still damaged.
