I realize there's a huge variety of mouth/tooth sizes, but these fit perfectly for me. Also, between the four sizes chances are good one will fit for you too. I used a $2 tube of Poligrip, squeezed a small bead inside the tooth, and slid it over my incisor. I wouldn't try to eat with them in, but drinking should be fine. They also were easy to remove and the adhesive brushes away with a toothbrush.
