I bought this item new, it appears to have come as a used item. Item arrived today.1. The white box the item came in was opened.2. The tip of one wing was broken off and missing upon opening the packaging, the broken tip was not located in the packaging (to glue back on).3. The item had dead batteries within it. There was no protection paper to separate the batteries from the metal to protect the batteries from draining.4. It appears the item was sold, used, broken, returned, and re-sold.

This dragon was purchased for my nephew- it looks just like the picture and the lights work immediately out of the box. My only complaint is that it is extremely light and easily broken- I wish it was a sturdier material.
