Samyang MF 35MM T1.5 VDSLR II Lens for Canon

With the new iPadOS around the corner I was tempted to get an external SSD and not go the (much more expensive) higher internal storage route. So I did some research and settled on the Samsung T5.The form factor (small size), weight and (most importantly) speed are truly amazing.Recently I had to do 03 full time machine recoveries on Macs and only in the last one I used the T5 - What a difference and time saved!!!If you are in the market for a small and powerful SSD, this is absolutely the one to get!!!!

Smaller than I thought, very light and the connector cables make using with Mac a lot easier than having to find my adapter.

The Coping speed is not as described 500MB/s maximum 1 to 170 MB/s some times only ot goes to 200 lately when i am using lap top with SSD built in Hard desk. above 200 have never seen.

Speed of transfer is very low using both kind of ports, sometime it drops to 5.12 MB/s.Bought this after review from other buyer, not sure if they are also valid.

Amazing performance. Only issue is it gets quite Hot when used more than an hour. Now since this is plugged in my TV i have to eject this every time when I'm not using

I'm using this now to record directly to it from my camera. It works flawlessly and it feels rigid and sturdy. Good quality and fast at 420+ MB/s Read & Write.

I am now totally fed up with lower transfer rates of pen drives so I gave a shot to this compact SSD. I just got it on 1st August 2018.My thoughts:1. Highly compact2. High amount of transfer speed (Only if you have USB 3.0 port on PC / Laptop)3. 150mb+ transfer rate4. TESTED: Copied 5 GB movie file in 18 secondsGo for it guys...!!!

Speed as expected. 2.5gb transfer time 7 second.

Worst product ever waste of money... Speed is just 10-20mb/s... Dont ever get this product

Was getting something like 470 MB/s write speed and similar read speed. Just plugin the usb-3.1 cable to get this speed. Very very light weight & small ... almost like 3-4 credit cards stacked together. Waiting for further price drops and will get the 1TB then.CON: Wish it had some LED lights or something to indicate activity. Also, you don't get a full 500 GB, you get only around 465 GB. I knew from previous reviews that is expected ... but still, a little disappointed about all vendors (not just samsung) twist the GB figures (they never use multiples of 1024 instead they will use 1000) and don't reveal exactly what you are getting in their advertisements.
