Don’t expect anything from these. They were really stupid.The only thing those were good for was playing catch with my 4 year old nephew.

Fun yet it really helps your agility and technique.

There are so many of these boxing reflex sets sold on Amazon, so you really need to separate yourself. This set unfortunately feels very lazily put together. I guess that's because we've gotten other sets, and so we can compare. The headband on this one is ugly since it uses velcro. The other set we got is just a one size fits all, no velcro. These elastic bands easily stretch, so we like the uniformed designed with no velcro much better. Both have D-loops. Also, this set says 2 levels. I weighed the black ball to be .6 ounces, and the red ball to be .7 ounces. Wow, you move up .1 ounce! LOL! The other set we have includes 3 balls, it starts you at .7 oz, goes to 2.1 oz, then 3 oz.I give this lazy set 3-stars. Here is the link to the other set, which I gave 5-Stars. I got this in hopes for a good exercise use .... my expectations were not fulfilled. I love boxing, i am by no means a professional but I’m also not an amateur either.This product is very cheesy and not well-made.Even if I had to cat like reflexes I would not be able to use it for boxing training and skill improvement as it was implied by the product advertisements.However, it’s not all bad. My kids and I had a ton of fun making it into a game. And it would be highly entertaining for parties and used as a goofy game.I would crack up to see my friends get hit in the face with a ball, ROFL. This is tongue in cheek as..........The ball is soft and will not hurt !!I don’t think this is why some would buy this .Can not recommendSorry but I do hope I helped

This is a bit more challenging than we first thought. But after a decent amount of practice you can be pretty good with it. Then you need to work on hitting it faster, harder, and while moving around.While it is a light cardio type workout, you probably aren't going to sweat away the pounds with this. It does give a bit of a workout, and I think its probably better for me after a workout as a cool down type exercise.It appears to be made somewhat well. With care it should last a while.

Not real impressed with this. Mostly because I couldn't get it down. I suppose if you spent the time with it and kept working at it it may pay off but I got frustrated and moved back to the heady bag.One other thing I didn't like, was that the string comes apart after a while. I'm sure you could tie a different knot, but you may not be able to take it back apart.As far as the components go, the head band is good quality, as are the balls. The elastic stings connected to the balls are decent quality as well.
