Q: Does this filter come with a canister?

No, it doesn't. It doesn't need one. It is a cartridge filter that fits into the filter receptacle in your car. First, open the drain plug on the oil pan and drain the old oil into a pan. Dispose of the old oil properly. (Our town takes the old oil and recycles it.) Screw the plug back into the oil pan hole firmly. Find the oil filter receptacle in your car's engine. Unscrew the top. There is an attached nut. You need a socket wrench and a socket that fits it. Then you pull out the old, dirty cartridge and insert the new one, with the new O-ring that is supplied with you new filter. Screw the top back on firmly so it doesn't leak. Then fill with the proper amount of oil. Your car manual will tell you how much, or you can google it. If you have never changed oil before, I suggest that you find a youtube video that shows how to do it. There is probably at least one that shows how to do it for your car. Be careful: it can be a messy job. Also, the oil pan drain plug needs a properly sized wrench and can be hard to remove because the bolt head often gets chewed up by impact wrenches that service stations use.

Q: Do these come in mopar packaging? how do i know they are oem?

Yes they come in original mopar boxes, the filter #, as well as the 10 digit # that is below the upc matches the original mopar products. I've been using these for 5 yrs + with no issues.

Q: How many miles can u get with this filter? Fram tg11665 says 15k miles.

I would change my filter with the oil. Sure you can run it 15-20k but why. Simple to change and order off here and it's cheap.
