Size Selection
My waist is 31 and hips are 37. Size chart suggests I get a size 10 but I got a size 8 which fit me lose. Today I received them in a size 6 and it’s a perfect fit! So comfortable! Great price!

Great pants
These pants are very comfortable. They have a bit of stretch to them. One thing to note is that these pants are the "old fashioned" kind of pants, meaning, they fit very high in the waist, more like jeans did way back in the '80's. A lot of people today would call these Mom jeans because they have a higher rise. That being said, I did want full coverage and I know that Lee's are cut this way so I felt comfortable ordering them. But if you like a lower rise, these are not the pants for you.My figure is more of an apple than a pear, I'm thick at the waist and have a belly so I ordered up a size in these. Lee pants tend to have thin waists. Where I can fit into a 14 in other jeans, in Lee, a 14 would be tight at the waist. Therefore, I ordered the 16 and they fit wonderfully. That's the only reason this doesn't get 5 stars, because like every other woman, I'd rather not have to order a size up.I'm 5'1" and these are the perfect length. I would say if you're 5'3" or taller, these are going to be a bit short for you. The pants have a tag that says "you'll look a size smaller" and I really believe this is true, or it could be that black pants just make you look a little thinner. I wish Amazon also sold these in a dark blue denim color because I'd order those as well, because overall the fit suits my body type fine. I like them a lot.

Surprisingly Good!
I usually don’t order jeans online since I am hard to fit, but my last purchase of Old Navy jeans did not work out for me . Very tight and muffin top, even when I ordered one size up. These Lees were great in my usual size 8 petite. The rise was good, color was great, and they were very comfortable even with the Instantly Slims feature. Definitely will order again.

Definitely "Mom Jeans" but the fabric is decent.
So, yeah. I knew Lee had a reputation for selling the high-waist "mom jean". However, these pants had great reviews and everyone raved about how great they fit and how slimming they are. Oh my...no. JUST. NO. I'm 5'1" and weigh 125 lbs. I have curves, and even with my epic hips these are too big..just in the hips though. The legs are a tiny bit snug and the "waist" (which actually falls just below the rib cage) is a little big. Did I mention how far they come up over my belly button? If that's your thing, these are the pants for you.I decided to keep them for a few reasons. First, I'm in desperate need of black work pants and the length is perfect on these. (It's easier to just wear them and deal with my bad decision than send them back.) Second, my office shirts hang in a way that I don't need to tuck them in. If I was required to tuck in my shirt, these would be sent back immediately. Pants that ride up to your rib cage with a tucked in shirt are a bit too much for me. (One of my coworkers is also a very good friend and neighbor, I don't need to give her ammunition!!) Third, and most importantly is the fabric. For all of their high-waisted, mom-jean glory they aren't terribly uncomfortable. Many black pants are made of a soft fabric that acts as a magnet for hair, lint, dust, etc. As a Mom and pet owner anything made of that fabric is an automatic "no" for me. These are more denim like. They look decent enough for the office, my son at least got a good laugh out of my Steve Erkel impression. ;)

Fits a little large through the thighs..
I have been trying to find jeans that aren't baggy in the 'butt'. My previous brand has been discontinued. These fit the bill, and fit me fairly well. I am going to keep them. I just wish all jean manufacturers would bring back the old cotton denim. I don't like the feeling that I am wearing a large Band-Aid and they just aren't warm. I think that's why women have gone to leggings. I work outside a lot and the stretch jeans are thin and cold. These have thin, cheap denim.UPDATE: I ordered these jeans off the "Buy it Again' button on Amazon's orders page. 1) They have been worn by somebody. There are creases showing they were sat in for long periods and the waistline has creases. 2) They are not size 10. I measured them against the previous ones that are supposed to be the same make and style. They are 2 inches smaller. 3) The color is disgusting. These are going to be returned!

Great Fit!
These are now my favourite blue jeans. I have another style of Lee's in black, but these are my go-to blue jeans. In both, it has taken me a little while to get used to the texture as they aren't as smooth as I'm used to in a straight leg jean, but have found them to be so comfortable and durable. They are the perfect length for me and I love that even thought the description says they are slims, don't get confused by that as they make you look a little slimmer in the areas where you want to feel slim, but aren't too clingy or restrictive. They fit exactly how I like my straight leg jeans to fit. I've been struggling with finding something between skinny and wide. I wanted a more traditional straight leg cut and these fit the bill.

Larger than expected even though I order my size. However, with a belt its ok.

The fit and how well they were made.
Like colour, my size was petit and they were good fit, no humming required.

Value for money
Was pleasantly surprised when receiving these jeans. Not a bad fit but not like some that are far more expensive. Good value. Too high in the waist for short people and too long in the leg. Otherwise a good fit. Difficult to find jeans for petite people. Arrived exactly as stated
