Heavenly
This microwave heating pad is heaven. So very relaxing. It covers the shoulders and neck and the weight is perfect. I did heat it for 2 minutes the second time which in my microwave worked better.So much easier than my hot water bottle.

More Suitable for Neck than Shoulders
Purchased for therapeutic use. Product very well made, perfect weight and the lavender is lovely (but strong, if you don't like lavender? a LOT? steer clear) 1 year Warranty is a bonus. Unfortunately , the illustrations are somewhat misleading and this product does not cover enough of the shoulders. Plenty of previous reviews mention this but...read more, spend less ? Manufacturer should either change the description/illustrations or revamp the product to properly cover the shoulders. A 'back bib' of sorts would be wonderful. If you have neck issues? This bag is PERFECT. Might want to pass however, if you are looking for shoulder relief because this one isn't going to cover that.

Noxious odour that’s impossible to sit out
This thing is comfortable and well made and retains heat well, however,It is so overly scented with clove and lavender that it ruined my microwave. Cannot get the smell out.stinks every time it’s been used. And I cannot wear it longer than a few minutes before getting a headache from the overly strong smells.Why this was intentionally made like this is baffling.

It works beautifully
This is just as advertised. I am going thru a period of severe shoulder and neck pain and it’s great. It sits comfortably on my shoulders. Nothing to fasten around the neck to make it uncomfortable.To heat they say 90 seconds. I have a smaller microwave so found I had to heat it at least 2 min to feel the heat when I put it on.

Perfect weight and fit but can’t stand the smell
Everything about the style and weight is perfect, heats up evenly. But, the smell is almost unbearable! I’m still using it because of the good qualities and hope that over time the smell will disappear

Fantastic hot or cold!
I love this hot/cold pack; so easy to use! I actually use it for menopausal hot flashes and it provides SO much relief! I keep mine in a Ziploc in the freezer so it doesn't absorb odor. Would buy again!
