Organic Rosehip Seed Oil (120ml), USDA Certified by , Cold Pressed, Unrefined, Natural Moisturiser For Face Hair Skin and Nails, 100% Pure Rose Hip oil

I was very excited about this oil brand as it is organic and seemed legit. I’d recently had to return another Rosehip oil from a different brand due to the low quality (translucent amber color vs having a darker orange or yellow color)I was disappointed to find that this oil was not only a clear slightly yellow color but that the oil was rancid. It had a noticeably unpleasant odor that was a mixture of fish and plastic.I plan on returning. Very disappointed.

I only recently made the decision to start using rosehip oil instead of grapeseed oil, as I am getting older and thought I could use something a little more moisturising without being too heavy. I researched a lot of them, and this one was the by FAR the best value, but I was concerned that despite it being labelled “organic”, it wasn’t food grade, which I had been told in the past to look for, even if just for a skin oil. However, I have been using this oil every night for almost a month, and it is AMAZING. It’s between grapeseed and sweet almond on the oil absorption scale for me, I haven’t had any skin reactions or breakouts, and I’m very glowy!! Very pleased with this product!!Side note- rosehips and rose petals aren’t the same thing. It does not smell like roses, so stop leaving uneducated negative reviews bc it makes the rest of us skip over products when we see the lower number of stars. It smells earthy, and the smell dissipates within half an hour or so.

I have incredibly finicky skin, even sensitive skin specific products can cause me to break out really badly. I also have allergies/am a redhead so I periodically will just get hives, I use this oil for any skin related disturbance anddd as a daily moisturizer! It’s the best thing I’ve ever discovered, I’ve had this bottle since June and I use it every single day and the bottle isn’t even 1/4th of the way gone. I’ve even recommended this to mom’s whose babies are experiencing rashes/breakouts and it clears it up so quickly!

It's the orange color that Rosehip oil is supposed to be, with the pure Rosehip scent and nothing more.

When I first ordered this bottle of rose hip seed oil, I thought I received a bad batch. The oil was very orange and had a distinct scent. This was my first trial with this brand. I did some research, and found that this is what the oil is SUPPOSED to look like. Which means the brand I ordered before must have been mixed with something else to give it its lighter color that I’m used to.I quickly noticed the quality improvement on my skin. I have severe scarring, this oil does a good job plumping and smoothing the scarring over on my face. I mix my oil with vitamin e, and tree tea oil. Love it!
