Did lot of research.1) Zero B’s water outlet meets US and IS water quality standards.2) The received piece had little crack, on reporting the piece was replaced with-in no time. Appreciate amazon and seller a lot.3) Water taste is little different form normal tap water.Above feed back is based on 1 week use.

Good and water is very testy and product is very good worth for the money paid. Filtration are multistages it could be expensive during replacement.

I am using it from 2014, no problem and very good product. Manufactured by ion exchange ltd, saves 70-75% water.
