not even 2 months of use they say not sticky they are LIARS bad publicity they don't even backup there product suppose to be guaranteed the SELLER don't even answer I do not recommand that PRODUCT and the BRAND GOTHAM

This is a decent grill pan, however, in order for the pan to function as a non-stick grill pan, you have to be careful not to cook on the stove top at too high a heat. Whenever I kept the heat at medium or a little higher, any charring that occurred, came off easily AFTER letting it cool on the stove top without soaking. After a half hour or more, then scrubbing is very minimal, and everything comes off easily. The one time I didn't follow this approach, and instead cooked at maximum heat, charring the heck out of the pan, I doused it in water right afterwards and it didn't come off without some very hard scrubbing. So watch your heat and let it cool after cooking. If I were to buy another grill pan, though, I'd probably go with a cast-iron Lodge.

La pire poêle que j'ai jamais acheté!! Cela fait 5 fois que je l'utilise et à chaque fois (peut importe ce que je cuisine) tout colle et brule. J'ai essayé avec et sans huile cela ne change absolument rien! J'ai même fais cuire des pommes de terres et zucchinis dans 2 poêles différentes dont celle-ci, et voyez par vous même la différence après le même temps de cuisson. Je ne recommande PAS cette poêle!!

they state that this pan is easy to use and does not stick..WRONG..you can not grill or fry anything without it sticking to the pan badly...then you have to soak and scrub hard to get it clean....NOT RECOMMENDED BY THIS BUYER
