I love this pad. I had a total knee reacement in Nov 2020 and had troubled sleep due to my knees rubbing. I tried pillows but they would fall off and pain would start again. Since starting to use this Pillow i sleep through almost every night.I also use it to kneel on if i have to kneel. The centre helps protects my knee cap.One improvement would be to put velcro all the way up the strap. That way i could tighten it up more.Thank you to the people at Dr. Comfy.

I love the product I use it for my knee I have arthritis in it so it helps me relax I put the pillow under my knee to elevate it an sometimes I put it between my legs for me to lay on my side it work wonders on my leg not do much pain when I get up to walk

I found this difficult to attach at the knee, and I flip flop from right to left side when I sleep. This just didn't work for me. I returned it even before trying to sleep with it. Just not comfortable for me.
