STMNT is my favorite brand, and the hairspray is my second-top of their products. It holds your hair in place without making it sticky (don't have to spray much either), and it smells very gently masculine but no where near strong enough to overtake cologne.

I really like this hairspray. While I typically use gel or pomade, sometimes I'm in a hurry and prefer using spray. As sprays go, this is one of my favorites.Here's what I like:1. The scent of this spray is not only tolerable, it's decent.2. This spray holds very well, without turning my hair into a brick.3. It does not take much for me to get good hold.4. This spray takes me through my entire work day, or night out.5. It washes out very easily when I shower or simply wash my hair at the end of the night.What I don't like:1. This stuff does carry quite a premium for the amount you get.Overall:Gives me the amount of hold I want, lasts the entire day or night, and washes out easily. This STMNT Grooming Goods Hairspray is a light hold. I can tell you from personal experience from last week that it won't in the winds of the beach. However, it is great for what it is: a lower end hold that should work great at the office or possibly in taming down frizzy hair. The scent is pleasant unlike some hairsprays. The mist that lands on my skin when using it doesn't cause any adverse skin reactions. The main issue I have with this product is that it is difficult to read the directions because they are in very small gray characters on a darker gray background. Other than that the product is as it is described.

You are never going to get "helmet head" out of this and in my mind that's a good thing. No stickiness, weird shininess or oddly matte areas after application. In fact, you really can't see or feel it in the hair at all but it will give your style more hold. You can still run your hands or a brush through your hair after using and it washes out easily too. The scent is decidedly masculine, as is the packaging, but anyone can use this. Really nice product!

When I first came across STMNT, I was enamored by their dry clay and matte paste products and have been using them for quite a few years now. Having bought this, I thought that the hairspray would be able to carry on the brand's signature for giving my hair some real structure and hold like their other styling products, but alas it doesn't really protect my hair from getting blown apart by the wind at all like AMIKA Headstrong does.Since I can't really return the bottle, I'm sort of forced to use this up and even worse that I have to spray much more to get my hair to hold well.2 stars - not my cup of tea.

Smells Nasty gave me a headache so threw it away. There are companies like (No Nothing) making better products without nasty toxic smell.

I liked this STMNT hairspray. It did a good job of holding my style without making it stiff or crunchy. Just make sure you run your fingers through your hair right after spraying each section to help comb it in so it doesn’t stick all of your hair together. I didn’t notice any cast or dry flakes from this hairspray. I am ridiculously loyal to my Nexxus comb thru hairspray, but this one definitely gives that one a run for its money. This hair spray held my style without making my hair look like cement.

I've been trying my hardest to get down with the STMNT brand as their products bottles & container designs are just so sharp looking, each item is always matte black with some gold letterings. They stand out alright, so masculine looking and while many may not think how their products look isn't as important as functionality. However to me both matter. I & my husband unfortunately haven't been fond of several of their products such as their hair clays & gels but I do like the hairspray they released. True to the STMNT brand it's matte black bottle is sexy looking, I forgot to mention that STMNT also has the best scents and well. This hairspray smells fantastic. The hold is nice, style is held well, it's not overly sticky or too drying like some of the other products. My husband & I are happy to say their hairspray sold us this time and we would recommend it.
