TIGIFactor True Lasting Colour Shampoo and Conditioner, 750 ml, Pack of 2

I bought this as I had been using colour goddess which is great but I wasn’t over the moon with the scent of caramel in my hair . I saw this and as it was the same brand and reading reviews thought I’d give it a go.So happy I did , my hair is soft and shiny, the smell is not overpowering but pleasant and subtle. No more frizz either which was a pleasant surprise as my hair is quite fine and fly away , now it’s silky smooth.

Bought this for the mrs.She has had several different tigi shampoos. but has said this has been the best one so far for her hair type.She is a brunette with a blonde ombré and it seems to have kept her colour really well. She also uses a deep conditioning mask that tigi do alongside using these products

My first impression when I opened the bottle was that the conditioner smelled faintly of fish. Not really something you want to smell of unless you’re a cat. And even then…well…It’s very difficult to write a review of shampoo and conditioner but I bought this as I had just had permanent colour put in my hair and wanted to maintain it for as long as possible. Whether it was the colour, my hair or what, I don’t know, but the shampoo and conditioner definitely didn’t help. The colour lasted two weeks. And I also noticed that my hair has felt a lot more dry and has been a lot more tangled since using this. So I definitely would not recommend. Although subsequent uses found the smell to be better, it failed to help me maintain my colour, made my hair feel dry and made it a lot more tangly than usual.

If this is meant to keep your colour steadfast it's a very poor quality.I used it for forest time 2 days after having my hair coloured and OMG, the colour just run out.Same with the conditioner it didn't hold any of the colour into my hair.I won't be buying it again, I'll stick to my Aussie colour treatments. They don't allow any colour to run away.

I love Tigi S Factor True Lasting Colour, however I was sent the Diamond Dreams duo. The shampoo is good but the conditioner is rubbish, so thin your hair just knots up trying to apply it. I didn't realise until I had used it a fair few times that I had been sent the wrong item as the bottles look identical and I am short sighted and am never wearing my glasses in the shower. It was only when I thought I would check to see if there was a new formulation that I was actually close enough to see the different name! True Lasting Colour, awesome product. This stuff not so much. I have very thick but incredibly fine hair so I have spent years looking for the right product
