Comfortable, great value
This is unbeatable for the price. It's generally comfortable, easy to adjust, and includes a bonus carrying case. It is without a question better than the original strap, though there are likely better cases out there.A few notes and downsides:- I may just need to get used to it, but I find it takes a few tries to align the headset with this strap such that everything is in focus, though iirc I experienced the same thing with the original strap until I got used to it. Once in place, it stays in position nicely.- Check youtube if you are unsure how to install the strap. I don't like the fragile feel when installing or removing the snap-in headstrap, but that's a design complaint for the Quest2 itself and not this strap in particular.- There is a slight odor when you first get it. Let it air out a few hours/days and it will dissipate.- I can't figure out how to place both controllers into the molds in the case. If you don't have any grips attached to the controllers, they will likely both fit, but only if you arrange them in a rather awkward and precise arrangement. I've found that I can place one controller in the molding comfortably, but the second is effectively sitting loose, held down by the strap only. Suitable for my needs, but I'm not sure if I'd trust it for extended/rougher travels.- The zipper compartments on the top of the case are suitable for small items, like the original charger or lens wipes, but larger items (even the shoulder strap that comes with the case that I'm not using) will prevent you from closing the case.

Almost great, but has a couple missed opportunities
This is a fairly nice combo kit, but it falls a little short of great. The strap is a little unnerving to get on because it requires quite a bit of force to snap on and all the pressure is applied right where the speakers are situated. Be careful. Once on, the head brace *is* a big upgrade from the standard one but I was a little disappointed by the strap that goes over the top of your head. It is a little narrower than the one included on the standard strap and, while more elastic, still somehow feels less premium than the standard one. The ability to adjust with a crank is awesome though. The case is another study in "almost". The case itself is pretty sturdy, with a nice texture and a good outside zipper. However, the storage on the inside of the lid is very disappointing. I was hoping/expecting a single large pocket up there to store my 16 foot Oculus Link cord. However, instead they give you two tiny and flimsy shallow pockets with really bad zippers. You can store small things like lense wipes and ear buds up there, but not much else. This is really disappointing because there is room in the case for an Oculus Link cord. You just can't put it in the lid pocket.Another annoyance is the placement of the controllers. Getting them into their pre-assigned spots is a bit of a puzzle game where you have to intertwine them together before placing them in the case. You can't reach in and just grab one, or put it back since they fit inside one another to cram into the case. Even worse, the left and right controllers are placed backwards in the case with right on the left and left on the right. While I'm sure I'll get used to it, it is a fairly annoying design.Lastly, the hinge/zipper on the outside of the case juts out with a lip, so don't expect to stand this case upright like luggage with the handle up top. It will fall over or, at best, lean and threaten to fall over. The only way this case is stable is laying prone on the flat bottom or lid.It is nice enough that I'll keep it I think, but a bit disappointing all the same.

Case is great. Head strap... well read on.
I bought this for the head strap, as I assume most people did, and because the case I was previously using was not big enough to fit elite style straps that was a great little bonus, but after receiving the product, the case is honestly the real star here. It's well made, seems pretty sturdy, fits everything beautifully and gives me confidence that it's not going to damage anything (the previous case made me worry about the controllers, as it squeezed the rings on them together the way they fit in the case). The head strap is, on the other hand, almost none of those things. The plastic is extremely light and flimsy feeling, and the hollowness of the ratcheting mechanism leaves little confidence in either its strength or longevity. Turning the adjustment dial feels like twisting a pepper grinder. It's that bad.All that said, it does work, and the foam is removable which is nice for hygienic purposes. It's a little tricky to get together and attach, but honestly my main gripe with the strap (assuming it holds up) is that it doesn't quite look like it was really made for the Quest 2. The little oval bits that you have to snap together make no sense and break up the clean lines of the device, and the overhead strap is a thin PVC strip with some velcro on one side. It would've been much better if the attachment arms and the back flexible strap were either molded into a single piece or there was just some little slot you put the strap into and screwed it down before clipping it onto the headset, and I'd have liked to see a nylon strap more like the original for the top.The takeaway here is all your money is really going towards the case. If you're not interested in that I'd say it might actually be better to wait for the issues with the official elite strap to be worked out, because I really doubt this one will last all that much longer, especially under heavy use. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I don't think a nice strap should cost even this much (which I guess explains why they can afford to throw in such a nice case as an add-on).

Nice accessory set
The strap is much more comfortable than the standard one, far easier to use and adjust and takes the weight off your face. Another plus is that the parts that touch your head aren't white so they won't look as dirty so quickly. The case holds everything you need in a fitted manner, although a spare facial pad isn't going to fit. It's well made and so far seems pretty good.It does have that "new car" smell, though. I don't really mind and it will fade over time. I don't really like the shoulder strap, but you don't have to attach it.I can see myself losing the dust cover at some point, it's just a small piece of fabric. It fits well and stays there. So... err... great. This set was a bargain and I'd recommend it to cheapskates like me any day of the week.

Feels cheap, but holds my huge head well
My head is 62.5cm. I can't wear most baseball caps. This fits well, and comfortably. It also constricts in enough to fit my children.Doesn't take as much pressure off of my face/cheeks as I expected, but is notably better than the default fabric strap. The materials do feel cheap. The plastic feels brittle, but I haven't experienced any stress marks or cracks, and I play beatsaber/Saints & Sinners daily. It was difficult to clip the sides onto the Quest2. I felt I might break the Q2 speaker arms.I don't think i'll be able to safely remove the strap from the Q2 without breaking it or the strap.

Great value for money. Dependable strap.
We bought this strap in January. Have purchased 2 more since for other oculus in the family. These straps have held up to the wear and tear of an active family. Seeing posts on social media of the oculus strap breaking constantly certainly made me careful in my choice of strap. Because the plastic band on the side of this isn’t as long, and has a reinforcement where it connects to the device, it has not cracked or broken. The case is fabulous and compact.Would recommend and have recommended this product to friends.

Good upgrade
Arrived earlier than expected. Packaged well. It was a bit tricky to install, but that’s because of the Oculus design. The case is great. The head strap is made of cheaper plastic, but still solid and comfortable. I recommended the upgrade.
