“Lovely” is a word I am using for this novel but need some improvement. Only one chapter it was an entrepreneurial insight and spirit by a woman who actually owns not only works, others were about working women who were “not entrepreneurs”. So this was disheartening. I was expecting more female entrepreneurs zest from this novel. Now what I liked is that in one chapter human was treated and included just as a human in workspace rather than excluding her because she's a transgender or bisexual. This is an insightful thing which every workspace should take care of it in its work atmosphere. Employees are not just employees, they are as your children. This mantra is must for the company.

I bought it not just for myself but my boss too. inspirational and motivational. Is a must read for everyone
