Genuine Westin
Easy to install and perfect fit.An angled metal trim removal tool made short work of removing the old step pads, and a dead blow hammer was perfect for seating the new pads in their clips.

worked perfect
It was a perfect match, I used a thin center punch to knock the broken tabs through. Then lined up the new piece, took the palm of my hand and got it started, then I had to use a rubber mallet to sink it into place.

Easy to install
My step pads are about 10 years old. All but the driver side are in great shape since I’m primarily the only one that rides in my truck. For the driver side step pad, one of the plastic pegs on my step pad broke a few months ago. Over the past few month more broke. I was down to one holding on the step pad and knew i was soon going to hurt myself getting in/out of my truck so I order this replacement.Installation was simple. I pulled off the old step pad and the metal brackets for it. I then put the four new metal brackets that came with the step pad onto the four plastic pegs. I pushed all four plastic pegs into the step and then used a rubber mallet to ensure they were good an tight.The new step fits snugly and I’m no longer worried about hurting myself because of how loose and broken the old one was.

Westin nerf bar pads
Product looks good, but missing a way to fasten them on… sad. Needed to install this weekend, but won’t receive clips until next Tuesday…. hopefully.
