Like all of the patterns in this versatile and tiny book. This book was originally $5.99 usa sold for $7.99. Cover is laminated and pages are a thick weight. All patterns are easy and intermediate and use the #4 aran weight type of yarn. The sizing includes 1,2,3 X.

I think I can actually make what's in this book. (Some patterns are so complicated and hard to follow it's overwhelming.) But this book has some nice shawls I'm excited to make. I can understand what I'm reading and want to get started.

Some cute patterns, others were typical over bulky, blocky crochet stuff. I bought the book for the cocoon and the filet jacket-like shawl. I will try some of the shawls with softer yarn to try to get rid of the blockyness that I dislike in poorly written crochet patterns. Thinner, dk and sock yarns are so much nicer for crochet.

The patterns were to involved for me. I will try them after I do a simple shrug.

Good little book to own for anyone who likes to crochet.

Nice clear directions. Wish there were more variety.
