Good: very protectiveBad: screws come lose. Unless you. remember to keep tightening them, you will lose them. They send extra, but I'm running out. Who wants to be concerned with this for a phone case.The flap that houses the pen is always dislodge.The flap that protects the charging port has fell off. The rubber edges began to tare until it gave way. It's gone.The black metal edges are turning silver. Making the case look old.I have inky had it for maybe 3-4 mths.Other: this case is big. You can not store your phone in smaller pockets with this case. Some car phone holders may not be able to house it.It is heavy. If you're looking for low profile this is not the case for you.I would add a picture but I do not feel like unscrewing the case to take it.Hope this helps in your purchasing decisions.

If you want the heaviest (literally) duty case you can get, look no further. But only if you simultaneously wish to never use your headphone jack again. This case is a beast, and in most ways rather well designed. All the side buttons are still operational and ports are well protected. In the case of the headphone jack, too well protected, since unless you use a specific sized extension dongle, you will never get your headphones plugged into it. Which is bizarre to me since they over-engineered the headphone door to make it appear useable and user-friendly. Since the jack is one of the primary reasons so many customers have held onto their Note 9, this is a major disappointment.However, if you are a Bluetooth only user, or you utilize a USB-c dongle, you're golden. If you're not, I'd look elsewhere.

Still using this case, though folks comment on the size of my phone. My device lives a hard life so I really like this chunky case. Only thing I might advise is a lil green loctight on the screw threads. After about a year my case only has three screws left in it. Love Mel doesn't seem to sell replacement screws. If there's any downside it's that none of the accessories that "fit all phones" fit this case.

The rubber part of case this time is defective. On the right side where on off button is located in Galaxy note 9 phone does not work. I had them send 2 cases and neither operates correctly. Once installed one usevof button is all you get. After that it wouldn't work to turn phone on and off.I used my previous one from old case and it now works. I love this brand which is why after 4 years of use I chose to get a new version simply because I wore it out.

I had one of these cases for the other phone and I absolutely LOVED it. Best case ever, I dropped that phone so many times and never a crack or scratch. So I extremely disappointed that I had to exchange this one for my new phone due the power button not working. Hope you can fix that issue so I can re buy
