The left bud did not sync with the right no matter what I did, so only one worked, and the volume could not be lowered as that is operated from the left bug.You can't return this to Amazon by post as it contains lithium batteries.The sellers don't want to know as it's handled my Amazon Marketplace.Amazon support (v nice people somewhere in India) are not equipped to deal with such returns. At least 6 hrs wasted.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THERE ARE CHEAPER OPTIONS AND BETTER QAULITY EARPHONES AVAILABLE TO BUY.

I ordered these headphones a year ago and am so impressed with them I have just ordered another pair for my husband for his birthday. The sound is great, the compact little case is perfect (I particularly like the magnetic pods) and the length of time of the battery is perfect (in fact they have never run out). I only need to recharge them about once a week. I use them in the gym and running and when I want to listen to something on my iPad when my husband is watching the TV. The only let down is that I dropped the case and the lid broke off the bottom. But fortunately because it is still magnetic it still closes OK. Really impressed!

I was not particularly impressed by these earphones, had better/ had worse. They are quiet when used for Teams video calls and the sound can be lost from one ear unexpectedly but unlike other earphones i had in the past there have no connectivity issues and i can use them across all my devices (tablets, laptop & with my iphone). They don't fall off the ears when sitting or moving around the house but depending how active you are.. i wouldn't trust them to go for a run.

Bought them for my 13 year old daughter. After fully charging and attempting to connect to the iphone - the right one would just not connect. Tried for almost 2 hours and went on the urbanista website to reset them but still no luck. Terribly complicated instructions written in bad English. Will be returning back and buying a good brand such as Apple or Sony.
