I bought this for the seven octaves as an "upgrade" from my Yamaha 5 octaves, but it was a huge disappointment and a downgrade in every other aspect. The keyboard is very basic in every way, but the worst part is the extremely low quality sound that is akin of digitally distorted 80s' computer sounds associated with poor audio processors that use extremely low sample rates. The artifacts in the sound are just unforgivable for something bought in the 21st century! Also, beware that this is meant to be a midi keyboard primarily, so it has no built in speakers if you want to use it as a standalone keyboard.

I was not expecting the best in the product because of the cheap price, but I was surprised it was more than decent. Its a win for me.

Good product for the price, but piano sound is very electronic.

It just stopped working... distorted sounds...4 months after purchase.Otherwise too the sound isn't great but for price recommended purchase for a beginner student not yet sure for how long to continue

Average product but the service is horrible. I want to refund this product and I'm still having problems two weeks later.Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
