I was ripping out carpet and putting down laminate wood flooring in my daughters and these knee pad was soft stayed on my knees and protected my knees also. Its not bulky like some so it was easy to move around with them.

These strap on to your knees with velcro. Make sure you extend your leg straight before installing, so you get a good fit. These are so comfortable, I left to outside and forgot I still had them on. Happy with my purchase

My wife just loves these! Now while she is down on her hands and knees mopping the floor she does not complain of knee pain!

The knee pad itself is fine. My problem is it doesn't stay in place. I'm constantly adjusting it and if I walk more than a few feet it ends up below my knee.

I bought this item because I started getting calluses on my knee because I always kneeled down on one knee for my job 12hours shifts. After three months of usage my knee is starting to look normal and no more pain! Will have to buy another set soon!
