Tested at 132,800 LUX for only ONE light!
I mounted this on my recumbent trike, a TerraTrike Zoomer under Etrike conversion in my shop. In the picture with 2 of them they are only running on 24 gauge test leads at 42 volts. For the LUX test I added 4x the test leads. The LUX meter (basically the same as Lumens) is a decent one also sold here. It's set to x100 so that's 132,800 LUX. I was having trouble holding it still so it was changing rapidly and It was peaking near 160,000 at times. I can verify that these lights are very well built and stingy on power. I'm doing my best to avoid getting run over - I got me a hot wife and 5 kids.

Bright, Hot, and so cool 😎
Much bigger than expected. I am using them for an electric scooter and it is almost overkill (can never go overkill with lights on a bike). That being said they are BRIGHT. Compared to the headlights on my car these win. But great brightness comes with great heat, if you are not moving they do get hot. Only time will tell if that is a real issue yet or not. But now i understand the weird aluminum cage, its to keep your fleshy parts away from the lamp itself 😁

Very poor quality
These lights get so hot they will burn / melt whatever they are attached to. These lights have no heat sink and the led inside are solder at different angels so each light has a completely different light pattern and looks awful. And the lens is plastic...

Mounted on an e-bike, great lights, but don't work with the 48v e-bike
These lights are great, but they do not work with an e-bike 48v controller even though they are advertised 12v-80v they would not light up at all directly connected to the e-bike light output that had a 48v light on it and works fine.I decided to re-wire everything to a 12v battery pack and take it off the e-bike battery so that I didn't reduce the battery capacity for the electric motor, since I had to wire in tail lights and turn signals to be legal in my area anyway. On the 12v battery pack they work great. very bright and provide great visibility at night and the strobing is great for day time since I commute through downtown Los Angeles and drivers are always distracted.Very happy with the purchase, but only 4 starts because I couldn't get them to power up on the 48v battery which is why I bought them in the first place.

Great option for replacement of electric golf cart fog lights.
Picked these up for use on a 48v golf cart as backup road lights. The fact that they work on voltages up to 60v means I can pipe voltage directly from the group pack and light them up without a converter in the way. Since they work down to a super low voltage as well, I wound up wiring them in series, so they should in theory be handling less voltage per light, and hopefully generating less heat in the process. The only annoying bit is the changing between high/low/flashing modes and it "remembering" the next mode. I'd love to have that as a separate switchable item, so I can just leave it in one mode instead of it changing mode every time it turns off and on again. But for the price and convenience, I just wired in a NC button and can hit that a couple times to change modes on the fly. And the strobe mode is nice for getting peoples attention at times.
