Extremely blunt
This blade is extremely blunt, it cannot cut anything. I gave it to be sharpened by the pros and even after they did whatever was possible it is still dull and doesn't cut well. Comparing this to all other knives I have this is by far the worse. Of course, what did I expect to get for such a low price? Quality costs money, and this is not a good quality knife.

Un cuchillo básico para cortar jamón, buen filo, manejable, flexible... la empuñadura es poco ergonómica, pero si no vas a cortar grandes cantidades y lo usarás muy de vez en cuando es genial su relación calidad/precio

Muy buena calidad, pero la hoja es algo gruesa para cortar jamón fino.

CORTE MAXIMO
Uso este cuchillo para el jamón, previamente había probado como 3 cuchillos, y he de decir que este es el definitivo, tiene un corte increíble, es tanto que se debe extremar el cuidado porque yo ya he tenido un pequeño susto simplemente limpiando la hoja.Referente a la chaina es una normal, hace su función.
