A brand that Doctors and people in the medical field use. Large capsules, people with trouble swallowing will need to open capsules and mix with liquid....on my Doctor's recommendation.

Even though I dislike paying a lot for supplements, after reading the description and comparing with other C vitamins available, I decided that this brand with 500 mg Vitamin C along with bioflavonoids would be the best choice. I am taking it to help a gut enzyme that breaks down histamine contained in food. Having read that 1000 mg would be the maximum I should take, I decided on the 500 mg daily dose. Everything in moderation.

Thorne's Vitamin C 5000mg is perfect. No upset stomach. If we feel sniffles coming on, we can take another 5000ng dose before bedtime. I absolutely love Thorne's GMP.
