Neat and comfy. Good for everyday although for me not quite robust enough for use when running. That’s not to say it isn’t a great product, delivery was excellent and they are good value for money

I liked them because it didn’t force my foot up to rub inside the shoe which happens with insoles. Didn’t upset my osteoporosis too much again something positive. You can wear them without footwear unlike insoles. They can slip but it’s better than over tightening the strap.

I think they will take some getting used to I will keep trying them

Ideal for shoes which have poor arch support and whose soles are not removable to replace with off the shelf orthotics. simple to put on, only gave 4 stars as the product is a little bulkier than similar products on the market, though the arch support is more substantial.
