About vacuum flask
Very good product. Outer casing is very elegant. The hot water is staying hot for more than 24 hours. After purchasing the Ibell vacuum flask, I am satisfied that I got the best flsk.

It hold very long warm or cold, better then metal flasks
Very good isolation, not to compare at all with metal flasks, 18 hrs holding hot no problem, nice look, good size for longer traveling.It is little difficult to empty completely the flask, I need to keep it very much down but this is a small problem. I would appreciate also if smaller size then 1 ltr will be available for keeping coffee or tea hot. I am verry happy with this flask, using it few months already.

Poor quality product and customer service
The media could not be loaded. The flask bottle has black spots and is loose Manufacturing defect. The product is discolouring in just a week's usage and Tea is also leaking inside the casing of the flask body. The customer service had mentioned will provide 3 to 6 months warranty but no replacement or service is provided. It's a waste of money to purchase such a poor quality . Don't believe on paid review which mentions the product is good quality.
