I have purchased 2pcs and both of them audio is not working checked with different phones but does not support.

I tried it on my ipad and its not working for both the 3.5mm and the usb-c

At no fault of UGREEN’s, I mistakenly ordered this adapter to use with my iPad. Unfortunately, it did not work. Fortunately, they had a newer and a more compatible adapter on their store, so I ordered it and no big hassle.Before ordering this adapter or any other, read the description!

This device is waste of time and money, not compatible shown in my phone while using the headphone socket.

This is good quality device overall for compact design.but if I knew how easily Type c will bend, and doesn't work little thick protection covers, I would of bought cable version.

Product is good quality but not compatible with Samsung Note 20. Unfortunately since I was traveling could not return the product

Fonctionne très bien sur mon Huawei Mate Pro 20, même avec ma coque contrairement à ce que j'avais pu lire dans les commentaires. Parfois le contact ne se fait pas mais quand on réessaie ça fonctionne, je suppose qu'il faut simplement veiller à bien le mettre. La qualité du son ne change pas par rapport aux écouteurs, peut-être qu'elle augmente comme le dit le descriptif du produit mais je ne m'en suis pas aperçue personnellement. Je le recommande.
