The case itself is sturdy and wonderful. This is a very high-end product. However, the fingerprint scanner DOES NOT WORK through the tempered glass. I've tried re-encoding my fingerprint; it's never worked once, for ANY app. If fingerprint scanning is important to you (as it is to me), you need to make the decision if the stability and protection this case offers is worth never being able to quickly enter the apps for which you have saved biometric fingerprint identification. I don't know if it is for me; I'll probably return this beautiful case because I need to enter my apps quickly, and I cannot remember twenty different passwords...great case, but the downside is just too much for me.

The wrist strap looked cheap and had a plastic clasp, but other than that it is a hefty case that will do the job and even though its a heavy duty case, the wireless charging works. It took about 20ish days to deliver.

I love this case don't look elsewhere I you want protection and piece of mind I actually had a screen protector installed on my s20 fe already and this case comes with one stuck to the case which means I have 2 screen protectors on and I am having no issues at all with the screen touch sensitivity. The finger print reader does not work but I don't care for that anyways everything else's is awesome sound is great people on the other side of a call can hear me great and the phone is just super protected 100% recommended worth the money you will not be disappointed.

So the protection factor appears to be very good. I might be able to count on one hand the number of times I have dropped my phone. I bought the case more for the rugged looks. Looks are great but it will not fit into the WeatherTech phone holder I have and being as big as it is I cannot mount it otherwise in my truck. It does not fit into some pants pockets, as well. Check the dimensions before you buy. I am making do. I like the case.

The case is pretty heavy duty, super easy to put together on your phone and comes with tools to take it apart and put back together. Will update the sturdiness as I work in maintenance field.4-21Bluetooth doesn't work with this case sad.

This case felt super sturdy, and we were impressed with it's design to protect the phone from my clumsy husband, but a drop, on carpet, from 26", onto it's corner, and the tempered glass broke.Worst part is, the glass is attached to the front of the case, and the case can't be used without screwing it front to back.I looked to see if I could get a replacement front piece, but they don't seem to offer ones for the S20 FE.

The cases are very sturdy and strong however I bought 3 of these for my husband, daughter and me and the screws keep coming out of all 3. We have all gone through the extras that came with the cases and now have to get new cases because we have no more screws and without them it's not sturdy at all.

I liked the nice selection of colors and it feels sturdy. No problems with blue tooth connection, but is NOT wireless charger capable as described. I did try and contact seller to see if they sell a wireless charger that would work with the case, but never received a response, so I kept the case and return the wireless charger I purchased with the phone.

Well worth getting. This is my 3rd love mei case for 3 different phone. Best case I have ever had.

Screen cover smashed within a month after a minor drop.

Had the case for less then a week followed instructions to the t about screws and how to install case on the phone and within a week Iam missing most of the screws and the rubber piece at the bottom fell off as well....not sure if I just got a bad or end of the line model on the rubber ...but this didn't work as I thought it would :(

Screen cracked/broke when my husband placed the phone on the table. No force, just placed it down like normal. The screws were not to tight, all instructions were followed... was willing to look past the size and weight of this case IF it was durable, 100% NOT durable. Not if it breaks when you place it on a table 🤦‍♀️.

I really love this phone case. Cell phones are so fragile and expensive so I wanted a case that will protect my phone and keep it safe when I go canoing. This case is awesome. Its thin and screws together so the phone will never fall out. The only downside is it muffles calls a bit especially on speaker but not by much. I still love it and would recommend this case.
